It is always exciting to assess properties with a bit of history. This 200sqm timber-framed dwelling in Sumner was built in the early 1910s to a very high standard. Each pile was specifically designed, reflecting the load model of the framework. They used Rimu bearers what are still in incredible conditions, just like the piles. We wish all the properties were still in such good condition like this masterpiece.
